There are two forms of Remote Services at your disposal, Remote Control Support and Dedicated Phone Support. Both services can be obtained by phoning your Barr Sales Consultant at 1-800-227-7797, or by sending us an e-mail. Remote Control SupportHave a Support Analyst connect to your Barr PC through the Internet or dial-up service to provide on-site support "through the wire." This powerful support tool leads to direct problem resolution. Configuration techniques can be demonstrated live. And only you control the connection (providing added security and peace of mind). This service can be used in combination with On-Site Services for extended remote help. Dedicated Phone SupportReserve a dedicated Support Analyst who can provide you with uninterrupted help, available during a predetermined period of time. This support is available during and outside normal business hours.

With Remote services, your issues can be quickly diagnosed and corrected. Support Analysts can also perform live demonstrations on your desktop.
